What is your scope of work?
We can handle everything from schematic design through construction supervision, tailored to each client’s wishes.
Which CAD software do you use?
We use Jw_cad, AutoCAD, T-fas, Revit, Rebro and others. We adapt to your environment as needed, so please feel free to ask.
What information do you need when I request a design?
The more detail you can share — project scale, special requirements, budget and so on — the more appropriate our proposal can be.
How are design fees calculated?
Estimates are based on the complexity, scale and requirements of the project. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
Do I need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
When confidentiality is important to your project, signing an NDA minimizes the risk of information leakage.
Is a contract required before work begins?
Yes. To keep the project running smoothly and ensure a clear mutual understanding, we sign a contract before starting work.
A design is already underway at another firm — can you take it over midway?
Yes, we handle handovers and migrations of in-progress projects. Please feel free to consult us for details.
How does payment work?
Payment is usually closed in the month of delivery and due at the end of the following month.
What about additional charges if revisions or changes occur?
If major changes to drawings, mechanical or electrical equipment occur, or if progress is delayed by slow Q&A responses, the schedule must be readjusted. Additional charges may apply in such cases; we will discuss the details with you.
How is scheduling coordinated alongside other clients’ projects?
To ensure project progress and the optimal use of resources, we adjust schedules through timely dialogue with each client.
How can I check the progress of the design work?
You can check progress through regular status reports and online meetings.
How soon will I get a reply to my inquiry?
When you send an inquiry, you first receive an auto-reply within 24 hours. A staff member then reviews it and gets back to you. Note: if the email address you entered contains an error, the auto-reply will not arrive — in that case, please contact us again.
If collaboration is needed during the design phase, how does it proceed?
